Kicking Off 2026 – Cardigan Bar Open Mic
Back at one of my favourite places to perform, Cardigan Bar, I was grateful to step onto the stage once again. The space felt warm and familiar, with many friendly faces and fellow musicians.
That evening, I shared three original songs - DarkNight, Soul Density, and my newest, Heart Beats Slow, for the very first time live. I was super excited and a bit nervous to see how the song would land, as it brings out even more of my quirky, unique side in both my songwriting and vocals.
I was really happy with how the performance felt overall, and recordings of DarkNight and Soul Density are now up on my YouTube channel.
I performed DarkNight & Soul Density on the night which can be viewed also on my YouTube channel.
Heart Beats Slow – Movement and Dance
I’ve always enjoyed dancing. I expressed myself through movement long before I began songwriting. Recently, I felt a resurgence of that creative expression through dance, which led me to create an experimental dance piece to Heart Beats Slow.
Live at Windsor Boutique Wellness Mediation Workshop
I had the pleasure of performing at a beautiful breathwork meditation workshop at Windsor Boutique Wellness, held by the enchanting May Soliven.

The workshop was a soft, heart-centred space focused on breath, stillness, and gentle reflection. The atmosphere was intimate and nurturing, and it felt really special to share my music here. Of course, this was a very different experience from the usual bright stage and buzz of a bar or social setting. Instead this was quiet, close, and deeply personal.
During the breathwork component of the workshop, May played her gorgeous crystal bowls and gong, which gently elevated the room and everyone’s spirits. I then capped off the workshop by performing three of my original songs, Sweetheart, DarkNight & Future Human.

The meditation room had wonderful acoustics, so I didn’t need to bring any gear with me, just my guitar and voice. This allowed the songs to be shared in a very natural way.
Want to try a Meditation Workshop with May?
May holds her meditation workshops once a month, so if you’re interested in exploring meditation and other spiritual practices, I highly recommend attending one. You can find more information on her Instagram, or go directly to the Windsor Boutique Wellness website, where you’ll discover all sorts of soul-nurturing activities and events happening at this beautiful spirit hub.

Below is a short video capturing the sound and gentle magnitude of May’s beautiful gong. Enjoy.
The Road Ahead in 2026
What’s most important to me right now is continuing to perform live and be part of meaningful events and gatherings. I’m always looking for opportunities to share my music, and I love the honesty of live performance. I continue to grow as an artist through these live experiences, discovering more about myself and my craft along the way.
